Vincent van Gogh was a Dutch post-impressionist painter and is amongst the most famous and influential artists in Western history. We learned some interesting facts about Van Gogh such as the fact he cut his own ear off after an argument with his friend!

We mixed tints, shades and tones using a cool colour palette of paint. We mixed dark and light colours to create our own painting inspired by Van Gogh's 'Starry Night.' 

We then sculpted the image in the foreground of 'Starry Night' to complete our unique pieces.
